The role you'll play.
Help shape the future of fleet technology within one of New Zealand's largest and most diverse commercial fleets.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be involved in the development, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement of technology solutions across our vehicle fleet, including both conventional and electric vehicles. From designing electrical systems and developing new technologies through to testing, commissioning, data analysis, and ongoing technical support, you'll play a key role in bringing innovative ideas into real-world operation.
Working closely with engineers, technicians, suppliers, and operational teams, you will help deliver technology solutions that improve vehicle performance, reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideally suited to an intermediate engineer, however exceptional junior engineers with the right attitude and desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
You'll enjoy solving complex problems, developing new technologies, and seeing your work implemented across operational vehicles and fleet technology systems. In this fast-moving environment, innovation is encouraged, priorities evolve, and you'll gain exposure to the full engineering lifecycle, from concept and development through to deployment, support, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need.
You will likely have a few years of engineering experience and be ready to take the next step in your career. We are primarily seeking an intermediate engineer, however exceptional junior engineers with the right attitude, aptitude, and desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
Are you technically curious, enjoy solving complex problems, and are excited by the opportunity to develop technology that is deployed into operational vehicles and fleet technology systems. You take a practical approach to engineering, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and enjoy seeing projects through from concept and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
