Could you be the full-time Fleet Support Maintenance Engineer in Indore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our rolling stock maintenance operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Technical Teams, Supply Chain, Industrial, Quality, Depot Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders), liaise with suppliers and customers, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing maintenance documentation and configuration, but also contribute to reliability improvements and support complex troubleshooting.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing and managing comprehensive, consistent, and updated maintenance documentation
  • Ensuring up-to-date configuration of products and documentation
  • Conducting hazard identification and risk assessments for maintenance activities
  • Monitoring reliability KPIs and supporting reliability improvements through FRACAS activities
  • Optimizing maintenance plans and processes using methods such as RCM and promoting advanced maintenance solutions
  • Providing risk assessments and technical justifications for optimization proposals
  • Supporting maintenance teams with complex troubleshooting and hotline/help desk activities
  • Reporting obsolescence issues and ensuring the effective management of safety-related items

  • Over all 4+yrs of expereince,Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in Railways activities
  • Knowledge of rolling stock equipment
  • Working knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, SAP, BI/BO
  • Strong problem-solving and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) competencies
  • Ability to assess and manage technical risks
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective, professional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in English
