Job Description
Oversee logistics, transport, and warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and efficiency. Coordinate with teams and suppliers, manage drivers and fleet systems, and use data to improve performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plays a crucial role in managing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Overseeing and managing all trucks to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Weekly work allocation planning, staff roster planning for drivers and operation workers.
- Work closely with the site managers/ sales to meet the daily delivery operations needs.
- Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to streamline logistics and timely problem solving
- Supervising logistics personnel and optimizing transportation routes by (GPS and fleet system)
- Ensuring compliance with safety and transport regulations and insurance brokers for any accident report
- Prepare Reporting: Track KPIs for all the drivers to continuously improve logistics efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Data Analytics & Forecasting: Use data-driven insights to predict demand, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Managing inventory and warehouse operations.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in other related fields
- At least 3-years experience in logistics and warehouse knowledge is a plus
- Computer literate (Ms. Office) and internet Outlook
- Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment and self-motivated, Be honest, patient
- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
- Good at communication skill (Khmer/English)
- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team.
