1. Daily Car inspection for all of vehicles.
2. Manage Vehicles Cleaning Processes.
3.Update maintainace schedule for every week.
4.Vehicles License Renewal.
5.Manage Driver Team.
6.Weekly Report to Ops Manager.
7.Dealing with Suppliers(Car Owner, Car Workshop & Spare Parts,Insurance and Other Thirt Parties)
8.Handling vehicle license process (YGN Plates Number, Foreigner License etc.,).
9.Looking for Vehicle Rental Suppliers.
10. Dealing with customer for car usage .
11.Manage Vehicle Delivery and Car Replacement , Vehicles Allocation.
12. Handling Accident Case (Insurance, Hospital, Thirt Party & Police).
13.Weekly & Monthly summarize for supplier invoicing , Maintainance Records & Accident Records as well.
