What You Will Do

• Build and manage fleet accounts across commercial, government, and small business segments
• Guide clients through the full buying cycle with clarity and professionalism
• Leverage Toyota Fleet programs and financing to structure deals that actually work for the client
• Keep your pipeline organized, your follow-up consistent, and your relationships strong
• Partner with inventory, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience every time

What You Bring

• Toyota brand experience — required
• Proven automotive sales track record — required
• A book of relationships or the skills to build one fast
• Disciplined follow-up habits and strong CRM usage
• Professional presence and a genuine interest in serving clients well

The Deal

• Commission-based pay plan
• Earning potential: $50,000 - $150,000+ annually for performers who work the pipeline
