MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Fleet Requirements Analyst to join our team onsite in Norfolk, VAThis is an onsite position.
Join the Navy's Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) program and contribute to the evolution of warfighter readiness. We provide critical engineering and technical expertise for the U.S. Navy's premier Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training capability. Our work involves seamlessly integrating live training with synthetic systems to create highly realistic and complex global training environments. We also drive the development of advanced representations for joint, theater, and national systems, and model new weapons technologies and emerging threats, ensuring our forces are prepared for any challenge.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Fleet Requirements Analyst to perform functional and regression testing on software releases related to the Navy Training Baseline (NTB).
Knowledge of High Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributive Interactive Simulation (DIS) protocols and other M&S protocols
Able to operate Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) and Joint Advanced Warfare Scenario (JAWS).
Possess ability to operate the modeling and simulation (M&S) system
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases to evaluate software performance and functionality.
Conduct JSAF operator training analysis and develop reporting to all Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) operations personnel
Provide subject matter expertise in the development of Master Sequence Events List (MSEL) Implementer, and Scenario Development
Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve software defects.
Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
Conduct performance, regression, and integration testing to ensure software meets business and operational requirements.
Document and report test results, providing actionable insights to improve software quality.
Collaborate with NCTE operations planners to translate training objectives into executable scenario and dataflow requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma and 3+ years of Program Management experience
Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and its application to network and system interconnections
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other program management tools
Experience in Modeling and Simulation (M&S) design
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and through oral presentations
Ability to work with various stakeholders, including military personnel and government agencies
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Familiarity with Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) or similar military/government operational environments
Experience with compliance documentation for network/system interconnections
Ability to operate Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) and Joint Advanced Warfare Scenario (JAWS).
Clearance Requirements:
US Citizenship required and an Active Secret Security clearance
Physical Requirements:
Up to 25% travel required or as needed
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
