SALARY: £30,201

LOCATION(S): Manchester

HOURS Full-time, 35 Hours

WORKING PATTERN Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at our Manchester site.

What you’ll be doing:

Are you passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? At Lex Autolease, the UK’s leading fleet management and leasing provider, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Opportunity Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of helping businesses transition to smarter, more sustainable mobility solutions. Whether it’s guiding clients through fleet electrification or tailoring leasing packages to meet unique operational needs, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of transport.

In this role you’ll:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Deliver consultative sales solutions that align with client needs and Lex Autolease’s strategic offerings

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for customers

  • Stay ahead of market trends, including EV adoption, sustainability targets, and regulatory changes

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first attitude.

What we’re looking for?

  • Telephony Experience

  • Account Development – growing existing relationships into larger opportunities

  • Data-Driven Insights – using customer data to personalise and improve engagement

  • Account Management – building long-term relationships with fleet clients, often across multiple sites or departments

  • Consultative Selling – advising clients on fleet solutions tailored to their operational needs

  • Retention & Loyalty Building – Proactively managing renewals, upgrades, and service satisfaction.
