Job scope/summary:
The Fleet Operations Manager (FOM) works within a global, multicultural and fast-moving business environment, supporting Sales Operations, Business Units (shorten BU) and Sales Force.
The scope consists of Integrated Financing deals covering PCs & Print for direct customers and channel partners.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Fleet Operations Management - MDS Business ( Integrated Lease)
Is accountable and responsible for triggering system implementations of fleet changes
Asset management
Add-On (New Devices)
IMAC Changes
Management of the fleet in Service Now (ITSM)
Review that all compliance documents are available to perform any changes or moves on the fleet
Responsible for the CMDB file for billing and leasing purposes
Asset tracking for all deployment sites.
Instruct / works with CMO team to release the invoices on time
Work with CMO/Account Team to clear the disputes from customer/C&C
Is accountable for Ad-hoc Reporting for Lease management
Review the new devices are on leasing with Leasing Specialist team
Send notifications 3 months prior and 1 month prior to end of lease
Shipped vs. delivered reconciliation reports collaborating with AOM (Account Operations Manager) to review discrepancies and issues affecting revenue reconciliation
Support Customer AOM (Sales Ops PM) in managing Early Termination / Buy out
Instructing Contract Management Operations (CMO) team on how to adjust customer monthly invoices
Follow-up with customer to receive PO and update Asset Database
Support Customer AOM (Sales Ops PM) / End of Term Team in managing Disposal / End of Lease
Fleet Operations Management - MPS Direct/Partner deals
Is accountable and responsible for triggering system implementations of fleet changes:
Add-On (New Devices)
Decommissioning: Early Terminations/ Extensions
Contractual changes: Movements, Physical Location
Support ABM (Account Billing Manager) and SDM (Service Delivery Manager):
Fleet cleanup exercises
Fixing any fleet issues that are impacting invoicing/billing and/or remote monitoring
Impacting customer satisfaction through accurate fleet implementation (with direct Customer/Partner communication possible)
Compliance Operational gatekeeper:
Triggering system implementation requests only if supportive documentation is available
Safeguarding adherence to applicable standards and internal controls
Partners with stakeholders to uphold compliance standards.
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
Processing of tickets in alignment with quality and timely KPIs.
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Typically, 4+ years’ experience in the industry, Channel environment, Consumer and / or Commercial.
Customer-facing abilities, including strong organization and communication.
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Other requirements:
Fluent English
Other languages knowledge would be an asset
