About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Officer to join our Procurement team, supporting the effective management of our fleet across Australia and New Zealand.

Our fleet is continually evolving as the automotive industry changes, including the ongoing rollout of electric vehicles. This creates opportunities to strengthen capability and improve how we operate.

Reporting to the National Fleet Lead, you’ll support day-to-day fleet activities, maintain accurate records, and help deliver a reliable and efficient fleet service. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure processes run smoothly and standards are maintained.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in fleet operations, procurement administration and stakeholder coordination in a large, fast-paced organisation.

What’s involved

  • Coordinate day-to-day fleet requests from team members and suppliers

  • Manage fleet administration activities, including fuel and charge cards, maintenance, tolls and registrations

  • Maintain accurate fleet registers and records

  • Support procurement administration, including documentation, invoice processing and approvals

  • Apply fleet policies and guidelines, and escalate any risks or issues as required

  • Identify and escalate safety or operational risks

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administration or coordination role within operations, procurement, fleet or a similar environment, with strong attention to detail and confidence managing data and records.

You’ll be an organised and proactive communicator who can manage stakeholders, prioritise effectively and balance service delivery with compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll need

  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

  • A current driver’s licence

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
