In this role, you'll carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a fleet, ensuring each vehicle stays safe, roadworthy, and ready for service. You'll be working on a rolling rota across two sites, giving you a mix of hands-on tasks both in the workshop and directly at customer depots. Week one involves early defect inspections and minor repairs before returning to the workshop for more comprehensive maintenance tasks. During week two, youll kick off in the workshop and wrap up with on-site support at a clients location in the evenings. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who enjoys variety and is dedicated to minimising vehicle downtime through efficient, quality repair work.

Location flexibility Role is split across two sites based in Handcross and Crawley
Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and MOT prep on fleet vehicles
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, ensuring minimum vehicle downtime
Perform preventative maintenance to enhance vehicle performance and lifespan
Maintain accurate records of all completed work
Collaborate with team members on complex repairs and troubleshooting
Follow strict safety protocols at all times
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance
Solid experience in vehicle mechanics, including engine, transmission, and diagnostic skills
Uk drivers license
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
