Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced qualifications or certifications in fleet/logistics management are a plus.
Experience
8–12+ years of experience in fleet or transportation management.
Proven experience managing owned fleet operations (trucks + drivers).
Strong background in managing both blue-collar and white-collar teams
Hands-on experience dealing with labor unions and industrial relations
Experience in large-scale logistics or transportation environments preferred.
Experience in managing EV Trucks
