Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• Advanced qualifications or certifications in fleet/logistics management are a plus.

Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in fleet or transportation management.

• Proven experience managing owned fleet operations (trucks + drivers).

• Strong background in managing both blue-collar and white-collar teams

• Hands-on experience dealing with labor unions and industrial relations

• Experience in large-scale logistics or transportation environments preferred.

• Experience in managing EV Trucks

• Proficiency in fleet management systems and data analysis tools

• Fleet utilization rate

• On-time delivery performance

• Cost per trip / per km

• Safety incident rate

• Driver turnover rate

• Maintenance compliance and downtime

• Employee engagement and union stability
