Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst for Ford Go in Brazil, you will play a critical role in supporting and executing the business strategy to drive growth and profitability. You will act as a key facilitator, bridging the gap between operations, internal skill teams, and external partners to ensure the business operates effectively. The role actively supports the entire business lifecycle, including expansion initiatives, fleet management tracking, and the implementation of robust financial and operational processes.

1. Business Strategy & Fleet Management Support:

  • Support the execution of the expansion strategy for Ford Go in Brazil, focusing on commercial vehicles.
  • Track and manage the fleet life-cycle, executing demobilization plans (channels and timing) to optimize residual values.
  • Identify opportunities and propose initiatives for cost optimization and revenue growth to drive business profitability.

2. Process Robustness & Governance:

  • Drive the implementation of robust financial processes and reporting, working closely with the Finance team to validate that financials make business sense.
  • Help standardize and align business contracts to ensure operational consistency and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor business collection risks and receivables in coordination with the Credit and Accounts Receivable teams.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure a robust chart of accounts that reflects the mobility business needs.
  • Maintain and enforce the governance framework for Ford Go operations in the region.

3. Cross-Functional Integration & Analytics: (Reemplazamos "Business Orchestration")

  • Facilitate coordination across internal skill teams (Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations) to ensure business alignment and project delivery.
  • Develop, track, and report on Business KPIs to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Act as a key liaison for cross-functional projects and operational improvements.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in Leasing, Fleet Management, or Rent-a-Car (RAC) companies is desired.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in Business Development, Strategy, Finance, or Business Operations.
  • Core Skills: Ability to monitor P&L health, standardize business processes, analyze complex data, and facilitate cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Languages:
    • Portuguese: Fluent/Native.
    • English: Full professional proficiency.
    • Spanish: Desirable.
