Arcadia, FL  |Full-Time |$85,000–$105,000/year
Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is hiring a hands-on, results driven Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our Henderson, NC service location. If you have the ability to reduce downtime, manage a team, control the inventory process and preventative maintenance programs, while delivering top-tier customer service, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations for diesel trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units.
- Supervise a team of Technicians ensuring timely preventative and corrective maintenance and inspection process
- Reduce fleet downtime through a structured PM schedule
- Oversee operations of the facility, service shop, and parts department
- Lead, train, and schedule technicians and support staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery
- Manage safety compliance, facility upkeep, and inventory controls
- Responsible for new employee onboarding, performance reviews, and scheduling
- Support shop floor operations during peak times
- Coordinate internal warranties and project timelines
- Promote a positive, high-performance team culture

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (unrestricted)
- Prior experience in operations or leadership in fleet or trailer maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of semi/trailer repair, equipment, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent
