Could you be the full-time Fleet Maintenance Engineer in Warsaw we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability, availability, and life-cycle cost of our fleets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (maintenance, operations, and R&D), analyze technical performance and maintenance efficiency, and promote advanced maintenance technologies and techniques.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing fleet maintenance strategies and implementing product modifications based on operational data, but also lead corrective and improvement action plans to ensure technical excellence.
We’ll look to you for:
Providing engineering resources and technical support for tenders and service projects
Optimizing fleet maintenance strategies, plans, tasks, and intervals
Defining and implementing product modifications to improve performance and reduce costs
Analyzing system technical performance and leading improvement action plans
Promoting and deploying advanced maintenance methods and technologies
Integrating Return of Experience (REX) into continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring technical governance and coherent architectures across product lines
Driving standard solutions to maximize reuse and minimize rework
Resolving obsolescence and safety issues across fleets
Defining competence requirements and providing engineering leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience in fleet maintenance engineering for rail or similar heavy transport
Proven track record in improving reliability and maintenance programs
Strong failure investigation and root cause analysis skills
Comfortable analyzing operational data and experienced with maintenance/asset software
Good understanding of safety requirements, lifecycle cost drivers, and managing aging or obsolete parts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel (occasionally)
