MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Fleet Logistics Analyst I to join our vehicle sustainment team in Yokota, Japan. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist senior positions and perform duties under their guidance to support logistics efforts.
  • Analyze Air Force Fleet Documents, create digital copies, ensure quality assurance, implement revisions, and verify changes with the originator.
  • Record, maintain, and initiate work orders for acquiring component items from vendors, including inventory management, item verification, barcoding, and stock level adjustments.
  • Handle packing, shipping, receiving, and transporting of parts, items and equipment.
  • Conduct monthly or leadership-directed inventory on ASL & Equipment Property, verify data and stock levels and maintain accountability reporting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of qualified logistics experience.
  • Up to 25% Travel Required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the vehicle fleet and Life-Cycle management.
  • Skilled in receipt, accountability and inventory of equipment and spare parts.
  • Experience in inventory, requisition and maintaining stock of supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron requirements and processes as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
  • Familiarity with Lifecycle management, Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR), Combined Federal Regulations (CFR), Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) requirements, management and processes.
  • Familiarity with vehicle and equipment platforms, preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and Service Bulletin actions and Air Force logistics supply system.
  • Familiarity with AFI 24-302 and AFTO 36-1-191.
  • Experience with Air Force Fleet Management Information Systems, Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR), Combined Federal Regulations (CFR), and Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) requirements, management and processes, including: Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), and US General Services Administration (GSA) vehicle fleet management.
  • AFSC 2T3X1, 2T3X7 or equivalent

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.

The projected compensation range for this position is $32,200.00-$53,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
