Location: Cerritos, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full-Time| Compensation: $19.00 per hour / $21.00 Flag Rate

We’re looking for a Fleet Express Technician to support Ford of Cerritos This role is ideal for someone with hands-on automotive experience who enjoys staying active, working efficiently, and being a key part of the service flow. Previous experience is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with related mechanical or lube/express experience who are ready to learn.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services

• Complete multi-point inspections and report findings to advisors or technicians

• Assist with fleet vehicle servicing and maintenance needs

• Mount, balance, and rotate tires

• Replace filters, fluids, wiper blades, batteries, and other basic components

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures

• Work closely with technicians, advisors, and the service team to support daily operations

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Automotive, lube, express, or mechanical experience preferred

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet throughout the day
