We're hiring an experienced Diesel Technician for a busy, family-owned fleet maintenance operation with consistent work, strong earning potential, and a team-first culture. What We Offer
$30–$45/hour (no flat rate)
$60,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential
Weekly pay
Hourly and commission pay options available
90-day pay guarantee for technicians choosing commission
Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
No weekends

What You'll Do
Perform diesel inspections and preventative maintenance
Diagnose drivability and mechanical concerns
Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Perform fleet maintenance and repair work
Maintain productivity goals and quality standards
Communicate findings and recommendations as needed
What We're Looking For
Required
Minimum 2 years of technician experience
Diesel diagnostic and repair experience
Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and team mentality
Ability to work independently
Preferred
A-Level technician experience
Experience with Freightliner, Peterbilt, and heavy-duty trucks
Fleet maintenance background
Strong diagnostic skills
