As Fleet Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of Farmlands’ vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant and available when needed. No two days will be the same and you will play an integral part in keeping operations running smoothly and effectively.
This role supports a national fleet of approximately 500 assets operating across New Zealand, including SUVs, utes, forklifts, trailers and trucks. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across stores, operations, finance and Health & Safety to ensure vehicles are fit-for-purpose, compliant and delivering value to the business. Success in this role will be driven by maintaining high vehicle availability, ensuring compliance obligations are consistently met and supporting cost-effective fleet operations through accurate data, reporting and proactive coordination with suppliers.

Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
Confidence to reach out and build relationships with key stakeholders
Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience using systems such as Excel to track, analyse and report on performance.
A full New Zealand driver's licence with a clean record.
