In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Pick-Up and Delivery (PUD) fleet, ensuring efficient scheduling, strong customer service, and seamless support for our Freight, Warehousing, and Distribution teams.

Efficiently plan and schedule pick-up and delivery runs through Orcoda to maximise fleet performance while ensuring accuracy and on-time service delivery.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, assist with job allocation, and ensure freight is loaded and delivered safely and efficiently.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods requirements, Driver Fatigue Laws, and all relevant safety standards and procedures.
Track and report on key performance indicators including:
Manage delayed or missed pick-ups, implement corrective actions promptly, and coordinate special delivery requests and priority freight movements.
Ensure vehicles meet safety standards and compliance requirements, including fatigue management and load restraint guidelines.
Excellent planning skills with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
The ability to communicate confidently, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate resources effectively.
Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and multitask in a busy transport operation.
Previous experience within the Transport and Logistics industry, particularly in scheduling, dispatch, or fleet coordination, is highly desirable.
Experience using computerised dispatch systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
