In This Role, You Will
As a Fleet Control and Reporting Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing vehicle and driver operations, planning efficient routes and loads, and ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements. You will analyse fleet costs and performance, identify opportunities to improve vehicle utilization and operational efficiency, and contribute to cost-effective logistics solutions through data-driven analysis and reporting
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Vehicle and Driver Tracking: Monitor locations, working hours, and routes of trucks and drivers.
Trip Planning: Plan routes and loads to ensure the most efficient use of vehicles.
Handling International Fines: Manage and resolve international fines related to fleet operations.
Cost and Efficiency Management
Cost Control: Analyse and manage fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, insurance, and depreciation costs.
Reducing Idle Days: Optimize fleet operations to maximize vehicle utilization.
Market-Based Price Analysis: Evaluate alternative logistics solutions to achieve cost advantages.
Compliance and Performance Monitoring
Legal and Operational Compliance: Ensure that vehicles and drivers comply with all legal regulations (e.g., tachograph regulations, ADR compliance).
Performance Reporting: Analyses and report on vehicle utilization rates, fuel consumption, and overall fleet efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering,
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience,
Proficient in Excel, Power BI and reporting programs,
Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills,
Fluent in English,
For male candidates, completion of military service required,
Residence in Çayırova, Darıca, or Gebze is preferred.
