Job Description

He/she ensures to support Key Accounts (FBA) and Customers all through the Commercial activity for Quotations and for all Commercial Back office management (Support Activity) in Long Term Rental.

Roles and duties – core business

• To collaborate with FBA to analyze the quotation proposal requested by the customer + profitability analysis
• To support customers throughout the sales activity by guaranteeing the production of car quotes for the construction of the car policy
• To support sales activities working with Direct Fleet team in a customer centricity way
• To ensure, through the use of VWFS’s IT tools, the proper back office activity for commercial purposes, respecting deadlines and planning
• To collaborate with Fleet International for International tenders and for the management of international customers
• To manage the prelease activity with external short rental provider
• RAC contract management
• RAC Quotation process

TENDER ACTIVITIES

• Ensure the management and coordination of the process related to VWL's participation in the Tenders concerning the Direct Fleet Channel relating to both current and potential Customers (national, international and Public Administration).
• Manage VWL accreditation on the portals of existing and potential customers for whom we receive invitations to participate in tenders
• Analyze the tender specifications, engage the operational areas for the collection of useful information to provide an answer to the Customer
• Collaborate with Marketing for product specifications and exceptions requested by the customer
• Collaborate with Legal for the contractual management of the tender and for the preparation of documents
