The Vehicle Solutions team plays a crucial role in DiDi's expansion in Argentina by growing supply through Fleet Partner channels, developing partnerships and driving acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies across the Buenos Aires metro area and beyond.
The ideal candidate brings a sharp consulting mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex partner relationships in a market with unique regulatory, economic, and operational dynamics. Experience navigating Argentina's business environment, including local compliance frameworks, peso volatility, and relationship-driven commercial culture, is a strong plus.
Prospect and qualify new fleet partner leads, managing the full business development cycle from cold outreach to signed agreement.
Manage and develop a portfolio of fleet partners in Argentina, acting as their primary strategic advisor to drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term retention.
Design and execute account growth strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, insurance, and leadership), adapting to local market conditions.
Monitor key performance metrics through dashboards and business reports, translating data insights into concrete recommendations for partners and internal stakeholders.
Map local market dynamics, competitor activity, and automotive industry trends to continuously identify new partnership and expansion opportunities.
Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements that align partner incentives with DiDi's growth objectives, accounting for Argentina's local economic and regulatory context.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to maximize fleet size and platform contribution.
Build trusted, consultative relationships with fleet partners, positioning DiDi as a strategic ally in their business growth, not just a platform.
5+ years of experience in business consulting, key account management, commercial operations, or strategic partnerships, ideally in automotive, mobility, or tech-enabled services in Argentina or LATAM.
Proven experience managing the full business development cycle, from lead generation and cold outreach to negotiation and close.
Solid understanding of Argentina's business environment, with proven experience working through economic volatility, local regulatory frameworks, and relationship-driven commercial dynamics.
Strong data literacy: comfortable working with dashboards and business reports, asking the right questions, and turning numbers into strategic action, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across internal teams and external partners.
Sharp commercial instincts to identify opportunity, build a business case, and close agreements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with experience preparing executive-facing materials and presentations being a plus.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity across a fast-moving, high-stakes market.
