Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

• Full-time position

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize fleet maintenance records, work orders, and service schedules

• Communicate with mechanics, vendors, and management regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs

• Track preventive maintenance schedules and repair status updates

• Assist with ordering vehicle parts and supplies

• Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and fleet management systems

• Monitor invoices, receipts, and maintenance documentation

• Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner

• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating service repairs

• Ensure all maintenance files and documentation are kept current and organized in chronological order

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and maintenance terminology

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer use

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Previous office or fleet maintenance experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Computer literate with the ability to learn fleet management software

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to sit for longer periods of time

Preferred Skills

• Experience in transportation, trucking, or fleet maintenance environments

• Familiarity with work orders, service records, and inventory tracking

• Knowledge of basic office procedures and administrative support
