The Opportunity

Based at our branch in Dandenong South, VIC the Fleet Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining fleet-related data, systems, administration and processes.

About the role:

  • Managing & coordinating orders of store parts for fleet.
  • Providing varied administration assistance to a busy fleet team in Wingfield as required.
  • In-house system processing of fleet repair work orders, raising purchase orders in line with Company compliance requirements.
  • Assist with management of repairs & servicing of equipment.

About You

No two days are the same in this varied and challenging role, where you will use your confident communication skills to liaise with drivers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of fleet operations. A forklift and truck licence, or the willingness to obtain one, would be highly regarded.

  • Customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a similar position with exposure to multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working within the road transport industry.
  • Skilled with use of Microsoft Office suite of products and fleet management software.
