Role Overview
Flat Roofer is a hands-on field role responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining low slope roofing and waterproofing systems on commercial and industrial buildings. You will work from drawings and specs to install membrane, insulation, and flashing correctly the first time, and you will do it safely on every site. You'll work alongside a crew and report to a site supervisor or foreman, coordinating material handling, equipment setup, and daily progress. Good work in this role means clean, watertight installs, tidy job sites, and a crew that trusts your judgment when conditions on the roof change. You will travel to job sites across the GTA and surrounding region as projects require.
