Our dealership has been a trusted name in the automotive industry, proudly serving the Greater Portland Metro area and Wilsonville for decades! As a Flat Rate Detailer, you will ensure every vehicle leaving our dealership looks its absolute best, maintaining the high standards our customers expect. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in automotive detailing or reconditioning and a strong eye for detail.

Flat Rate Detailer Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and interior detailing.
• Ensure vehicles meet dealership standards for appearance before delivery or lot display.
• Apply protective coatings and treatments to maintain vehicle finish.
• Assist with inventory organization and tracking for the service department.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle readiness and special requests.
• Follow all dealership safety and procedural guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and quality in all detailing tasks.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
