ABOUT THE ROLE:


This is not your typical front desk job.

As a Membership Advisor, you’ll be on the gym floor, connecting with members, giving tours, and helping people take action on their fitness goals. This is a sales-focused role inside a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

If you’re competitive, confident, and want to grow in the fitness industry, this is where you start.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


• Greet every member and guest with energy and professionalism
• Lead gym tours and convert prospects into members
• Drive membership sales and hit weekly goals
• Book members into SPARK Sessions with our training team
• Handle member questions and create a strong first impression
• Support a clean, organized, high-level facility
• Execute opening and closing procedures

• Strong communication and people skills
• Interest in fitness, training, or sales
• Someone who wants to grow, not just punch a clock
