作為華邦的(中科)Flash製程整合工程師，你將協同每段線上的製程夥伴，致力於提高產品良率，確保品質一致性。工作內容包含：
1.新世代製程開發與導入
2.製程/產品(含代工產品)良率提昇,改善及簡化
3.產品(含代工產品)電性異常/低良率產品分析與改善
4.元件特性分析及寬容度調整
5.新產品(含代工產品)導入量產及產品寬容度調整
6.SEM/TEM 剖面分析
7.製程可靠性改良
8.晶片層次製程可靠性分析
9.製程流程建立及管理
10.支援客戶稽核作業
