Αναζητούμε έναν έμπειρο και επικοινωνιακό Flair Bartender & Mixologist που θα αναβαθμίσει την εμπειρία των πελατών μας. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος πρέπει να κατέχει την τέχνη του mixology (δημιουργία signature cocktails) και ταυτόχρονα να προσφέρει ένα εντυπωσιακό θέαμα (flair bartending) που θα ενισχύει την ατμόσφαιρα του καταστήματος.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
Mixology & Craftsmanship: Δημιουργία κλασικών και signature cocktails με ακρίβεια στις δοσολογίες, χρήση premium υλικών, σπιτικών σιροπιών και bitters.
Flair Performance: Εκτέλεση τεχνικών Working Flair (εντυπωσιακές κινήσεις κατά τη διάρκεια της παρασκευής χωρίς καθυστέρηση του service) και Exhibition Flair (showmanship) για την ψυχαγωγία των θαμώνων.
Menu Development: Σχεδιασμός και ενημέρωση της λίστας cocktail ανάλογα με την εποχή και τις τάσεις της αγοράς.
Guest Engagement: Επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες, παροχή προτάσεων βάσει των γευστικών τους προτιμήσεων και δημιουργία μιας "exclusive" εμπειρίας.
Bar Management: Διατήρηση απόλυτης καθαριότητας στον χώρο εργασίας, έλεγχος αποθεμάτων (inventory) και διαχείριση του κόστους (beverage costing).
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες
Εξειδίκευση: Πιστοποιημένη εκπαίδευση σε σχολή Bartending/Mixology.
Εμπειρία: Τουλάχιστον 2-3 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας σε high-end bars ή luxury περιβάλλοντα.
Flair Skills: Άριστος χειρισμός εργαλείων bar (shakers, bottles, spoons) με στυλ και ασφάλεια.
Γνώση Υλικών: Βαθιά γνώση αποσταγμάτων, κρασιών και των κανόνων γευστικού συνδυασμού (pairing).
Προσωπικότητα: Υψηλή αυτοπεποίθηση, επικοινωνιακή δεινότητα, ταχύτητα υπό πίεση και επαγγελματική εμφάνιση.
Γλώσσες: Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (επιπλέον γλώσσες θα θεωρηθούν προσόν).
