
Overall purpose of the role:
As a Flagship Retail General Manager, you will lead your team to success through inspirational leadership and bringing the ethos of Samsung connected innovation to life to your team and our customers.
You will need to ensure you and your leadership team are organised and operationally excellent through strategic planning, HR control and delivery against Flagship Retail KPIs. You will need to enjoy solving problems, be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as the business evolves.
You will look to bring out the best in your team and demonstrate humility, maturity, support and a consistency to everything you do. You will do this through demonstrating best practice and embodying Stellar Global and Samsung Flagship Retail core values, leading by example embracing a diverse and inclusive culture.
