As the Flagship Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of bringing campaigns to life, translating creative vision into exceptional in-store experiences that drive both customer engagement and commercial performance.
The Role You Could Play:
You will act as the critical link between creative strategy and retail execution, ensuring every campaign moment lands with impact across our flagship environment.
Lead the planning and execution of flagship trade activations across key campaign moments
Translate creative concepts into compelling, customer-first retail experiences
Optimise in-store touchpoints including campaign spaces, hotspots, and experiential zones
Analyse performance data to continuously refine and elevate trade outcomes
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Retail, VM and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class execution
Support post-campaign evaluation and contribute to continuous improvement of trade playbooks
What You Will Bring:
1–2 years’ experience, preferably in a retail environment
Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of customer behaviour
Experience in trade planning, campaign execution, or visual merchandising (preferred)
A data-led approach with the ability to translate insights into action
Strong organisational and project management skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams
