The plant in Hatvan founded in 1998 and the largest production centre in the world for the Bosch Group's automotive electronics division. The company's main profile is the series production of control electronics, sensors, radars and camera systems for the future products of the Group's Mobility Solutions business. The strategic objective of Hatvan is to play an active role in the future of automated, accident-free and environmentally friendly motoring by continuously developing its employees' expertise, high-tech manufacturing solutions.

  • MEC (Month-End Closing) and YEC (Year-End Closing) activities
  • Reviewing GR/IR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt) invoices, assisting accountants with manual invoice posting (at least quarterly), and identifying errors
  • Calculating unrealized foreign exchange gains and losses (at least quarterly or as required by CTG)
  • Preparing manual entries at month-end and year-end, and reviewing the booking quality
  • Reviewing accruals and IFRS 16 entries, making necessary adjustments, and preparing accruals
  • Updating policies in case of changes and participating in the process
  • In certain cases, reviewing accounting entries against accounting policies, reviewing accruals
  • Supporting the audit and participating in the preparation of financial statements (supplementary notes)
  • Participating in the preparation of IFRS financial statements (preparing and reviewing schedules)
  • Providing professional support on specific fixed asset issues Prepare the accounting segmentation documentation
  • Make a statement in professional questions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Hungarian Local GAAP, Hungarian tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Good understanding of IFRS and the interaction between local statutory and group reporting standards is considered an advantage
  • Experience with month-end/year-end closing, preparation of financial statements, and external audits
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Fluent Hungarian and professional English language proficiency
  • Ability to ensure compliance, support accounting operations, and act as deputy to the Chief Accountant when required
