Job Description

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, serves visitors and donors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Assures compliance by registering donors and completing data entry per the Registration SOPs. Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, assisting in appointment reminder calls and sending and receiving incoming and outgoing mail.

Essential Functions:

  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Welcomes visitors and donors by getting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring visitor log and issuing visitor badges; locking the front door after business hours.
  • Enter donor information into the computer system and register the donor per Registration SOPs.
  • Schedule donor appointments by telephone or in person.
  • Assist donors with scheduling software.
  • Enter data into the regulatory computer system when applicable.
  • Maintains telecommunications system.
  • Responsible for completing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Maintains reception area/copy room inventory and supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Must provide a copy of the transcript.
  • Customer services experience required.
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Administrative/Office support preferred.
