Solutions by stc is actively recruiting for the role of Fixed Products expert In this role, you will be responsible for to Lead the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of Fixed and Connectivity solutions, including CCTV, PBX, fixed connectivity, cloud , Managed services , security and integrated enterprise solutions. Drive revenue growth, competitiveness, and operational excellence through innovation, effective go-to-market execution, and strong cross-functional alignment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for enterprise connectivity, cloud, security, managed services, CCTV, and IP Telephony solutions, aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and business case development to launch, enhancement, performance optimization, and retirement.
• Monitor commercial and operational KPIs including revenue, profitability, ARPU, churn, SLA compliance, service quality, and customer adoption, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead go-to-market activities by creating pricing models, solution bundles, sales enablement materials, and supporting tenders, RFPs, and enterprise bids.
• Collaborate with Network, IT, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure readiness, seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and an enhanced customer experience.
