Role Purpose
The Fixed Products, Proposition and Pricing Specialist is
responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing fixed service products,
customer propositions, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth,
profitability, and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Define, manage, and evolve the
fixed products portfolio (e.g. broadband, fiber, enterprise connectivity, value‑added
services). Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept and launch to
optimization and retirement and ensure products align with market needs,
network capabilities, and business strategy.

Develop clear, differentiated customer propositions for target segments
and use cases. Translate technical fixed capabilities into simple, compelling
value propositions and ensure propositions address customer needs, competitive
positioning, and commercial objectives.

Design and manage pricing models that balance affordability, value
perception, and profitability. Set and maintain standard tariffs, bundles,
discounts, and promotional pricing and support pricing governance processes and
ensure compliance with approval frameworks.

Analyze product and proposition
performance to identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities. Support
initiatives to improve ARPU, product uptake, and penetration and ensure pricing
and propositions protect margins while supporting volume growth.

Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor products and
pricing. Benchmark fixed offerings against competitors to maintain relevance
and competitiveness and provide insights and recommendations to support product
and pricing adjustments.

Track product performance against KPIs such as revenue, uptake, margin,
and customer adoption. Prepare regular performance reports and insights for
management and recommend corrective actions to improve under‑performing
products or propositions.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Network, Customer
Experience, and Operations teams. Ensure product and pricing decisions are
operationally and technically feasible and act as the commercial link between
technical delivery and market execution.
Who we are looking for
Required
-
Degree in IT, Engineering-related discipline,
Economics or Business Administration

Must have 2 - 4 years’ experience in new product
development and customer analytics in the telecommunications or ICT sectors

Ability to prepare business cases and
specifications for new product development

Demonstrable track record of blending commercial
and technical modelling skills
