Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate fixed‑price service projects, including scope review, scheduling, and cross‑departmental execution.
• Oversee resource planning, including materials, subcontractors, manpower, and equipment to align with budgets and timelines.
• Monitor job financials, approve expenditures, and support cost estimating to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain communication with customers, service teams, and field workers; escalate extra work to account managers.
• Manage warranty-related work, quality standards, and the return of excess materials.
• Conduct initial on-site coordination with workers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project start-up.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience.
• PMP designation preferred (or equivalent project management certification/education).
• Postsecondary education in project management, engineering technology, construction management, business, or related discipline.
• Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic certification considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools/software.
• Strong analytical and financial skills related to budgeting and cost control.
• Understanding of service operations, subcontractor coordination, and industry‑specific compliance requirements.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
