Looking for more than just another shutdown or repetitive maintenance role? At Ravenswood Gold,
you’ll be part of a site that’s evolving - with expansion, investment, and a
team that knows how to keep things running. We’re on the hunt for an experienced Fixed Plant Fitter to join our Maintenance team. This is a hands-on role where your expertise directly impacts plant reliability, safety, and performance - no sitting on the sidelines here. From crushers to slurry
pumps, you’ll be trusted to diagnose, repair, overhaul, and keep our operation moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor you’ll take ownership of mechanical
maintenance across our processing plant,including:

• Execute planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance on critical fixed plant assets to ensure equipment reliability and peak operational performance.
• Maintenance and repairs of ball mills, crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, chutes, motors and gearboxes.
• Working closely with Production and Planning teams assisting with shutdowns, installations and plant upgrades to maximise plant availability.
• Fault finding and diagnosing mechanical issues.
• Identify and implement reliability improvements.

• ·Contributing to a strong safety culture on site
  by maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.

What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner
• 3-5+ years’ experience in a fixed plant or processing environment
• Strong mechanical capability across pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pipework
• Experience with maintenance systems and basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the job
• Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
• HRWL – Dogger, Forklift
• Work at Heights and Confined Space competency or willing to obtain.
