Summer Trainee is a short-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. Network Service Delivery Center, NI D&O serves Nokia’s customers worldwide. Our four networks businesses are enabling a new type of network, converging mobile and fixed broadband access, IP routing and optical networks, with the software and services to optimize network performance. We are seamlessly weaving together an increasingly diverse mix of technologies, to create efficient, smart, and agile networks, and enable new types of connected services, automated, secured, and managed through the Cloud. We are helping operators, enterprises, and governments meet the increasing demand of the connected world, and capture its opportunities.

Location: Poland, Bydgoszcz

Must-have:

• Active student status (for at least one year)
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Academic background in Telecommunication
• Theoretical knowledge in networking – FTTH preferable
• Good MS Office skills
• Database management skills

Nice-to-have:

• Linux environment knowledge
• Experience with programming languages: C++, Python, JavaScript, JAVA
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
