Fixed Asset Specialist

Site: One Tower

Mon to Fri at 9:00 to 19:30 hrs.

Fixed Asset Specialist is responsible to elaborate the accounting records of Fixed Assets and execute financial and tax reports related to Fixed Asset.

Education and specific training

• Technical career in Administration or Accountancy
• English B2

Key Responsibilities

• Elaborate the accounting records of Fixed Assets, elaborate reports of fixed assets, Assist Physical inventories, elaborate the accounting and tax depreciation.
• Execute the accounting records in the
• Active System according to IFRS
• Execute Procedures
• Execute the financial reports of fixed assets
• Save the Archive of fixed assets
• Provide information on external audits
• Execute assigned activities
• Develop activities based on training.
• Execute corporate policies and procedures
• Execute the reports of fixed assets
• Execute reports Fixes Assets System (Active)
• Analyze accounting information of Fixed Assets.

Work Experience

• 3 year
• 1 year calls centers of telecommunications industry

Technical skills

• Excel, ERP (Great Plains, JDE), Office Microsoft, Active (Fixed Asset)
