As a Fixed Asset & Leases Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our fixed asset and leases financial reporting processes. Working closely with finance and business stakeholders, you will contribute valuable analysis, maintain critical financial records, and support reporting and accounting activities that enable informed decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with data, driving process improvements, and making a meaningful impact within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and timely fixed asset & lease records and support the integrity of the fixed asset register& lease schedules
Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations to support finance leaders and business stakeholders
Support accounting, reporting, and general ledger activities while ensuring compliance with company policies
Contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely financial information for internal and external reporting
Assist with finance projects and process improvement initiatives at country and business unit levels
Analyze financial data and provide insights that support informed decision-making and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to agreed service levels
Essential Requirements
Experience in fixed assets and leases accounting, financial reporting, general ledger activities, or related accounting processes
Basic knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard 16 (IFRS 16) and its application to lease accounting and financial reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting processes, and internal controls within a corporate environment
Fluency in English with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge of SAP Real Estate Management (SAP RE-FX), including lease administration and fixed asset-related processes
Experience supporting process improvement initiatives within a shared services, accounting, or finance environment
