Direct Report : Accounting Manager
Job Description:
- Comply with company FA policy
- Create fixed asset register
- Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to account in the general ledger.
- Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
- Physical company fixed asset and investigated the potential obsolescence of fixed assets
- Write off/ Disposal/ Transfer/ Selling FA old can’t use
- Control FA warehouse and key
- Capex summary
- FA Asset PO-payment process
- Update contract/invoice any related to fixed asset in file
- Surprise FA check by store and compare with Dynamic System and reconciliation.
- Bank reconciliation with adjustment bank fee accordingly.
- Payment process and AP reconciliation
- Store visit to do surprise cash count (Petty cash and floating) per schedule provided and monthly surprise cash count at head office
- Filing document in the properly storage in hard copy / soft copy.
- Adhoc tasks that is assigned by managers.
Job Requirement :
- University degree, preferably with an Accounting major.
- Sound understanding of business processes and divisional business models.
- Facilitation skills and ability to contribute to management discussions.
- Ability to influence based on facts, data and reasoning.
- Capacity to handle multiple requirements and prioritize to ensure best impact.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a range of different personalities and backgrounds. Financial - literacy and understanding of financial standards. Working capital management and - understanding of Financial KPI’s
- At least 1 year experience in accounting skill.
Travel Requirement :
- Travel to surprise cash & fixed asset counting at stores if need.
