Duties & Responsibilities

●Daily Job for Fixed Asset – 50%

• Prepare and review the CAR’s information.
• Record and track the condition of the CAR
• Daily maintenance,including daily business like transfer, disposal and sales etc. In charge of inspection and post of the FA module in system.
• Other general ledgers work.

Financial closing at the end of the month – 25%

• Check balance with FA module.
• Ensure that the fixed assets module includes the fixed assets involved in the AP module and is consistent with the general ledger
• Completeaccrual depreciation in closing day 2.
• Management of construction in progress and conversion to fixed assets.
• Financial model and rollforward of fixed asset part.

Other Job– 25%

• Annual asset review and count.
• Assist for External and Internal Auditors and facilitate auditing processes quarterly and yearly.
• Assist manager to complete other temporary works, Support special projects as required
