Sync Lift Engineering currently have exciting opportunities available for Mechanical Fitters, to join our growing Gladstone site services division. In this role you will be performing tasks such as:

• Removing, repairing and reinstalling pumps, gearboxes, valves and hydraulic systems.
• Conducting shutdown and outage maintenance activities.
• Replacing bearings, seals and conveyor components.
• Working on slurry pumps, agitators, crushers and material handling systems.

We have a number of positions available for ongoing rostered work on a number of sites in the Gladstone region. Be home every night while still enjoying the benefits of onsite work! To be considered for this role you must have:

• Relevant trade qualification
• Heavy Industry Experience
• Current 3 Site Medipass or ability to obtain
• Current Working at Heights certificate
• Current Confined Space certificate
• Current Gas Test Atmospheres certificate
• Positive Attitude to Health & Safety Excellence
• Great Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Successful candidates must be able to meet all site entry requirements inclusive of drug and alcohol testing and a pre-employment medical.

• EWP
• Telehandler
• Forklift
• Overhead crane
• Rigging or dogger
