Fitness Trainer — Paid Certification Provided

Want to get paid to work in fitness? No certification or experience needed. We'll train you, certify you, and pay you while you learn.

We're looking for 1 to 2 people at Workout Anytime Greensboro who are into fitness and good with people. You'll learn our RAMP coaching system, a structured, science-based program that gives members personalized workout plans, and get paid to do it. This is a real career path, not a side gig.

WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO

Help members with goal reviews, body composition scans, and strength assessments

Teach members how to follow their custom workout program

Monitor progress, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed

Build genuine relationships with members over months and years

Cover the front desk as needed: check-ins, tours, keeping the gym running

No cold calling. No sales quota. You're paid on the sessions you deliver, not on what you sell.

WHAT YOU GET

$10/hour base, plus $14 to $18 for every half-hour training session you deliver. Effective pay runs from $10 an hour with no sessions up to $24 an hour with a full book. Where you land depends on how many members you're training.

We pay for your personal training certification, worth $500 or more, and you keep it.

Paid training on our RAMP system, Styku body scanning, and ongoing education.

A clear path: Front Desk / RAMP Coach, then Certified Metabolic Technician, then RAMP Director.

Free gym membership and employee discounts.

A team environment. No competing for leads, just helping members succeed.

PAY STRUCTURE

Base rate: $10/hour for all floor time.

Paid training sessions: your 40% comes to $14, $16, or $18 per half-hour session depending on the tier. That's what you take home, not the session price.

RAMP orientations and unpaid appointments: $12/hour.

The more sessions you run, the higher your effective rate. Trainers who build a full book earn toward the top of the range.

Former athletes, military spouses, fitness enthusiasts, and exercise science students are all welcome.

You do NOT need a personal training certification. We'll pay for it.

You do NOT need prior gym experience.

SCHEDULE

Consistent shifts and schedule, anywhere from 10 to 40 hours a week. We don't cap hours. Tell us what you need and we'll build the schedule around it where we can.

ABOUT WORKOUT ANYTIME GREENSBORO

We're a 24/7 gym at 2403 Battleground Ave, Greensboro, NC 27408. Small team, locally owned, not a corporate machine. You'll work directly with the owner, learn the business, and have room to grow.
