We are looking for a Fitness Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will deliver high-quality fitness services to guests, supporting their safety, motivation and well-being. You will lead group classes and personal training sessions while maintaining a professional, welcoming and supportive fitness environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal training sessions and design safe, effective fitness programs tailored to guests’ goals and fitness levels.
• Lead scheduled group classes, including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, stretching and aqua gym.
• Welcome guests, explain gym rules and guide them in the safe use of fitness equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked fitness and spa environment, ensuring guest safety at all times.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and encourage participation in wellness programmes and activities.
• Manage reservations and use the finance platform to track group classes and personal training sessions.
• Report equipment issues, follow Health & Safety procedures, SOPs and Brand Standards, and participate in company training and wellness events as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, gym or fitness center, including group fitness classes.
• High school diploma and a degree or certification in Physical Education and Sports Science, or an equivalent qualification.
• Pilates and Yoga certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, guest-oriented and professional attitude.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, multitasking and time-management skills, with flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, perform effectively under pressure and follow supervision.
• Professionalism, responsibility and a supportive, motivating approach towards colleagues and guests.
• Knowledge of first aid is an advantage.
