Job Description

Balanced Body is hiring! We are looking for someone to join our fast-paced, dynamic sales department. Our growing Sales team is looking for a dedicated individual to develop our Commercial Fitness business. This person will help tackle the day-to-day sales duties, manage current Commercial Fitness accounts, and prospect to develop new accounts within this market.

Requirements

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Maintain and build existing relationships with key commercial fitness accounts (identified by Management).
  • Prospect weekly to add an average of 10 new sales opportunities in sales funnel each week.
  • Represent Balanced Body at various events/trade shows throughout the year.
  • Probe and listen for customer feedback. Provide input to management team on how to implement this market research.
  • Build and maintain a thorough working knowledge of all existing products and future products and develop tailored value propositions for the commercial fitness segment.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing management on maintaining and growing BB share of the commercial fitness market by creating sales playbooks, testimonials, ROI calculators.
  • Create an annual strategic sales plan to grow sales and share in the commercial fitness market. Plan should be inclusive of long cycle and short cycle tactics, and clearly measurable via defined KPIs.
  • Meet/beat annual sales attainment targets.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years account management and sales experience. (Fitness industry experience is preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM system.
  • Has strong business acumen with financial aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize by setting deadlines and adhering to them as applicable.
  • Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate strong listening skills, organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow through, primarily providing quick and accurate information to our customers.
  • Provide positive solutions to customer issues as they arise – being “customer solutions oriented”.
  • Learn quickly and adapt to change and new technologies.
  • Motivated self-starter who is hands-on, gets energized by being part of the solution.

Work Schedule:

Remote and/or hybrid position. Full-time (Monday-Friday). Hours anticipated to be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
