About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Professional to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals, including workout routines, fitness assessments, and progress tracking.
• Conduct and lead group fitness classes, such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, or strength training, ensuring that sessions are engaging, effective, and suitable for various fitness levels.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, offering expert guidance, motivation, and support to help achieve fitness goals and improve overall well-being.
• Ensure the fitness equipment is in good working condition, properly maintained, and cleaned regularly. Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate maintenance team.
• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines for the use of fitness equipment and facilities, ensure usage of equipment is done correctly and guests aware of safety procedures to prevent injuries.
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

• 3–5 years of experience as a fitness professional or personal trainer in a gym, health club, or hotel environment
• Strong technical knowledge of exercise science, training techniques, and guest safety practices
• Guest-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering high-quality personalized fitness experiences
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and development
