Join Albany Stadium Pool as Fitness Lead, where you'll play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging experience for our customers.
In these roles, you will support the Team Leader Fitness, assisting with the onboarding, training, and development of a team of Group Fitness Instructors and Fitness Consultants who are passionate about helping people stay active and healthy.
Key responsibilities:
This is a fixed-term/secondment full-time (40 hours per week) until November 2026 rolesworking Tuesday to Saturday and a mix of opening and mid shifts.
The shifts are subject to change according to the roster and the needs of the centre, so flexibility is essential.

You’ll have experience managing a team within the health and fitness industry and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Your leadership skills, passion for fitness, and ability to inspire others will be key to helping your team exceed expectations. Strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional fitness programmes, and customer service excellence are essential.
Being tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel will also be an advantage.
