The Victory Club is looking to hire an experienced, energetic, and professional Group Fitness Instructor to join our team immediately. We are seeking someone confident in strength, conditioning, and functional training who understands how to safely coach an active 55+ population.
Types of Classes Needed:
Ab-focused or Total Body Conditioning
TRX Circuit Strength Training
HIIT / Tabata / Strength Intervals + Stretch

We are seeking a dedicated Group Fitness Instructor. As a Fitness Instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide individuals on their fitness journey. If you bring your expertise in program design and your passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, this will make you an invaluable asset to our member experience.
In this role, you will implement engaging workout programs that cater to the needs and abilities of our participants. You will educate them on the principles of fitness and proper body mechanics to ensure they perform exercises safely and effectively. Your ability to motivate and inspire participants will be key in helping them stay committed to their fitness goals.
To excel in this position, you should have previous experience as a fitness instructor or a related role. You should possess a strong knowledge of exercise physiology and body mechanics. Proficiency in program design for different fitness levels and goals is essential. Certification in relevant fitness disciplines, such as ACE, NASM, or AFAA, ACSM is a plus.
