Fitness Instructor

Location: Qatar - Doha

We are seeking an energetic, certified Fitness Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead engaging group exercise classes, guide gym members on proper technique, and foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment. You will help clients of all background levels achieve their physical health and wellness goals through instruction, goal-tracking, and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities

lass Leadership & Exercise Instruction:

  • Plan, structure, and lead safe, high-energy group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, Spin, Yoga, Strength Training, Circuit Training).

  • Demonstrate exercise routines with correct form, posture, and execution.

  • Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate diverse fitness levels and prevent injury.

Member Support & Consultation:

  • Conduct facility tours, member inductions, and equipment safety briefings.

  • Perform basic fitness consultations, assessments (e.g., body composition, movement baselines), and goal-setting sessions.

  • Provide general advice on healthy lifestyle habits, rest, and nutrition within standard scope of practice.

Safety & Maintenance:

  • Enforce facility safety rules, hygiene standards, and proper equipment usage.

  • Monitor the workout floor to correct unsafe exercise form.

  • Inspect exercise equipment regularly, report maintenance issues, and ensure workout spaces remain organized and clean.

  • Act as a certified first-responder in case of medical emergencies or injuries.

Operations & Community Engagement:

  • Assist with class promotion, member retention, and upselling wellness packages or personal training services.

  • Build positive relationships with gym members to encourage consistent attendance.

  • Maintain accurate attendance records, client logs, and class schedules.
